Quoting: BrazilianGamerOh great, I did the same. If I get a reply I'll let you know too :-)
I got a reply from Frictional, and they also wrote this on the Steam forum:

"We have been busy with the announcement, so unfortunately it's not yet available in Brazil due to age ratings.

However we will fix that soon."

I'm hyped! SOMA is my favorite game of theirs but very much looking forwards to another Amnesia game.

Quoting: PatolaThis region thing is new. Why is that? Also getting that problem. Come on, Frictional, why discriminate customers?
This is likely not on purpose. Someone mentioned that it usually happens when a dev/publisher has not set the age rating for a specific region. So if someone just notifies Frictional about it, I'm sure they will fix it.

With 'next generation 4CPT vehicle physics' the racing game DRAG finally has a Steam page

Quoting: RunningTuxThe end of the trailer, on the huge bridge, made me remind about Stunt Car Racer [External Link], on my Atari ST ...
Yes! that gave me the Stunt Car Racer vibe too, as a former C64/Amiga user. I think the cars with that bouncy suspension kinda have a similar look and feel.

Extreme top-down racing game 'Bloody Rally Show' is out now and it's good

My initial impression so far is that this is a pretty excellent game. It reminds me of 80/90's era top-down racing games. Gameplay feels solid, nice music and the potato style graphics look and work well for this game.

The Steam Soundtrack Sale is now live to celebrate the new dedicated Soundtrack feature

Puzzled about why so many soundtracks on Steam are still tagged as DLC, I mailed an indie publisher about this. I assumed that they just had missed the memo, and therefore not ticked a box on Steam to flag them as Soundtracks.

But the response I got was basically that the new soundtrack feature has some problems and many devs struggled with it. And the feature is designed to offer additional high-quality audio files they didn't have. So they decided not to rush it, but are going to make the shift eventually.

So hmm... I guess maybe Valve has set some basic rules about the Soundtracks now. Perhaps there are guidelines on file naming/tagging, cover images, and codec formats/quality. I definitely would welcome that change...

The "DLC" that has been re-listed as soundtracks appear to be much more organized. For example, the Resident Evil 7 soundtrack now comes in 5 formats, and all of the tracks are properly named and tagged. And with a good quality album cover image.. this was not the case previously.

I think the new soundtrack feature is great, Steams music was a mess before (forcing to install the game, music files scattered amongst game files etc...)

Many soundtracks though are still listed on Steam just as DLC, I guess it will take some time before devs re-list/re-categorize them on Steam.

Anyway, here is three random Soundtrack recommendations :P

Distance - Soundtrack
Redout - Soundtrack
Neon Drive - Soundtrack

A note on using Steam Play Proton and counting the sales for Linux (updated)

Quoting: The_Aquabatwell you can always use ArchiSteamFarm [External Link] to idle the game if you want, even if the game doesn't launch with proton, and you don't need to install it... it will look as it is running and playtime will count in your profile, and ArchiSteamFarm runs on Linux, so.
Considering ASF runs its own Steam client, are we sure it does accurately report what OS it is running on? And that Valve also counts it as playing the game on Linux.

I asked about this on ASF discord before and got some pretty muddy answers. As far as I understand, ASF is not trying to fake/pretend to be the real Steam client. Valve knows what users are using it, and when it is ASF making requests. And Valve allows it as long as ASF plays by the rules.

So I rarely use ASF, because I kinda suspect that Valve might be defaulting anyone idling with ASF as Windows playtime. Just like they always assume Windows in all other cases :|

I'm backing this project because I think it is important that game controller support is as good as possible on Linux. Though I personally probably would not use a GameCube controller, my controller of choice is Nintendo Switch Pro (that I hope eventually will have Linux Kernel drivers and work with rumble feedback). Not only do I think it is one of the best controllers on the market, but you are also not funding the devil like when buying an Xbox 360 controller.
