bought it but the linux version is poorly made once again.
no way to change resolution or graphical settings.. locks to 1024x768 windowed.

windows version works fine with wine tho and can change resolution ang graphics quality settings.
its a pitty to play it through wine if it has a native client tho:(

More games coming to Linux (via Steam)

my personal preference is nixinstaller or mojosetup ... i hate to have prop software(including steam) installed to my root (/) partion which is done via rpms/debs.
those installers let me choose where i want to install them and in my case im using /home on different hdd so i can install the games/steam to $HOME/Games
but its a matter of personal preference i guess.

i dont remember having troubles with mojosetup tho.

Quoting: "Anon, post: 5500"Yeah, PA has been fairly amazing for some time now, it works pretty much flawlessly for me (except for Skype...). I just hope that at some point I will be able to Alt+Tab my way out of games and easily change volume.

no problems with skype either for me.
and alt+tab also mostly works...well some games not..then i use alt+ctrl+D or printscreen button to bring up screenshot dialog and then switch workspaces.
yeah...nasty ways tho...but most games alt+tab or alt+ctrl+ arrow keys(to switch workspaces) work fine

also..some games have ctrl+G to ungrab mouse..some games u can bring up the console to loose focus..etc

Quoting: "Cheeseness, post: 5489, member: 122"No love for Shatter? It's totally the best game in the bundle :D

matter of taste i guess.
most boring game in the bundle for me.
Rochard so far seems the best... and unity engine works fine

currently playing Borderlands 2 and tomorrow Torchlight 2 unlocking..damn too much games at the same time :)

My test list so far:

Rochard - runs super good. can alt+tab, switch workspaces in fullscreen mode, pressing esc key to bring up menu ugrabs mouse so i can use my second monitor etc. this is how all games should be.. Unity engine seems nice.
Shatter - works fine but just not my type of game.
SPAZ - installs fine. 2 Fps in the menus. havent even tryed to lag beyond menu with that framerate.
Dustforce - works fine without issues
Torchlight - haven't tryed the native version yet, completed the game via wine without issues and TL2 preload is also waiting for release date.
Vessel - waiting for packages.

Quoting: "Kame, post: 5460, member: 102"I'm guessing they must have discovered some super bugs in the Linux/Mac builds of Vessel just before the HIB launched, can't see any other reason they'd be late like that.

"Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen issues concerning our Vessel ports for Mac and Linux, these versions aren't quite ready for prime time. We will be getting Vessel out to bundle buyers as soon as possible (24-72 hours)."

but yeah..one of the best Bundles so far

Torchlight 2 in 2 days tho...so i wont be playing Torchlight much cuz i have already completed it via wine

SPAZ starts fine but framerate in menu is like 2 fps.
