i think wine also helps with growing linux market share. I mean how many people ask for "I want to switch to linux, but i play this or that game, will it work on linux?" if those said games work good enough a person can try out Linux and probably will buy some native games as well, while growing the Linux market.
Its the chicken-egg problem anyway, we need more users to get somewhere and wine can help with that.
edit: one good example is most of the blizzard games. Thousands of Linux users play them with the help of wine, they can just use it and play their favorite WoW, Diablo or Heartstone while still being on Linux and buying some native linux games, otherwise they would be forced to use Windows.

game has some issues when pings go too high though, then the movement will crap out, so if you go into server with high pings its not enjoyable

Quoting: cprnWhen watched characters seem unresponsive and slow. Enough for me not to try it. But I'm skeptic so probably not a target audience.actually its one of the most responsive game i have played. Slow moving, yes, thats what was my first thought as well, but once you play a bit you will understand why its not any faster than this..its really hard to master even with that speed :)

Hoever they said they will add purchasable lootboxes, which in my book is bad gambling :( But they also said that they will sell skins directly which is nice and ofc since they are pure cosmetics you don't have to buy them.

Quoting: razing32No last hits , no gold and no items.there are items. sadly lootboxes for skins and weapons (cosmetics only) which can be earned in game and not for real money atm as store is not implemented yet.
Already a breath of fresh air. :)

Its really good. Have over 6 hours in it. At first its a bit confusing because theres only written tutorial, but once you get to know the spells and stuff its damn addictive. skillshots, reflexes, combinations.
Linux port is pretty good also, runs great if you turn the effects down to high or medium. on Ultra effect quality it can drop below 60 in huge action for me. rest can be ultra and 2560x1440 for me, PC specs in my profile.
Made a video about it also:

i managed to play a bit, but there were huge lagspikes and the controls were super bad, as well as animations. I understand that its a small team or even 1 developer doing this, but sadly it feels more like some cheap mobile game. couldn't stand it more than 10-15 minutes

Not really good first impressions. Its not a early access title and i waited 2 days to give time for devs to iron out the issues.

Quoting: PatolaExcept for the poor voice acting, the problems you describe seem to be caused by immature code which will get better with patches. And the game is being heavily patched now, so just have some patience.Allready refunded for now. Will see if it gets better later and then probably grabbing it when its on 50% sale or something.

I think i have to refund thisone. Its just terrible. Mouse movement, i dunno whats with that, but its with huge delay when i turn myself. like some super strange acceleration/deacceleration. Performance is piss poor even though GPU is 100% load i get 30-60FPS and it doesnt help if i lower the settings either. Voice acting is amazingly amateur. Since all objects move in this game when you touch them you can get stuck into them a lot. Got stuck in the ladder, couldnt move or do anything.
visually it looks cool though.
will refund this and try the Station instead then
