Nothing much at this time, I still have to finish the main campaign of Hitman 2016 and the main campaign of Anno 1408 but I prefer fiddling with Godot, I had an idea in my head for some times and I had to exorcise it.

Using only Gimp, Blender & Godot, I'm amazed of how far they've come in term of quality, usabilty & performance compared to paid product, I don't regret anymore my 3dsmax + photoshop combo, adaption was pretty quick and in the end Blender modeler and Uv unwrapper is so much better IMO.

Concerning Godot, I love it. It reminds me of the late Virtools which became 3dvia Studio that I used when I was a student.

So far so good, I suck badly at texturing, I lack the patience needed to paint all the little detail by hand and using shaders in Blender is a long process when you don't really know what your doing...

Quoting: F.Ultra
Quoting: TobyGornow- Final Fantasy XV on XBOX one : I hate it and I just want to finish it because it's a FF and I'm a fan. Lots and lots of FedEx quests, first half of the story is not engaging, no challenge caused by exp gain balancing, weak main characters. Apart from the beautifully crafted world and dungeon, It's the worst final fantasy I've played.
That's what I call dedication :-) !!
Just finished it earlier today and the first 40 h are trash so dedication or masochism ? Don't know myself. You have to wait until chapter 8 for the story to finally take off and hopefully it was worth the wait: Epic Finale. Beautiful game for the last 10 hours or so.

Quoting: xavican be played without a manual?
I mean: Is it possible to learn and progress only by what the game teaches you?
Thanks
Yep ! This game has a great progression system an no you don't need a manual to learn how to play it, everything is explained.

- Devil May Cry 5 : Great DMC with stunning visuals and top notch controls ( there's a bug with textures in High & ultra settings )

- Dark souls 2 : Loved it, level design is magnificient and it's challenging. Had to start from the beginning since there's no Steam Cloud on this one.

- Dragon Quest 8 on Pcsx2 : Great classic JRPG. Character design from Toriyama. Great Story.

- Final Fantasy XV on XBOX one : I hate it and I just want to finish it because it's a FF and I'm a fan. Lots and lots of FedEx quests, first half of the story is not engaging, no challenge caused by exp gain balancing, weak main characters. Apart from the beautifully crafted world and dungeon, It's the worst final fantasy I've played.

- Phoenix Wright : I'm bummed on this one. Thought there was some puzzles like Puzzle Agent or Prof Layton but nope... Just a elaborated VN.

- Ibanez S770 FM.

I just hope they won't be doing more. I'm one of these people who can't play in VR, as soon as there is fast movement I'm doomed to puke my guts and to get a serious headache. ( Still puking on the latest Oculus Rift )

Plus, I hate having a big block of plastic glued to my face, I'm playing in my couch to relax generally after a day at work.

So I'm pissed to be locked out of a serie that I love since the first episode.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for progress and change but not when it's not for everyone.

I've just started Devil May Cry 5 and so far it's good ( First mission though) and it made me realize how much real time graphics have evolved this last five years, I was just playing old games and didn't see the evolution.

I hesitated beginning a Dark souls III run or re-playing the first one as a Pyromancer but DMC 5 won.

DOOM Eternal coming to Stadia on March 20, plus other Stadia news - a round-up

I would hate a Google stadia exclusivity as much as an Epic exclusivity. The Google bits is the part that bothers me. Regarding privacy and all, it's not really "Linux", you can play on it but what is the price ? I won't play on it.

Feral Interactive are asking what you want ported to Linux again

Three games is hard but rules are rules :

1> Elden ring / From software what else ?
2> Cyberpunk 2077 / After playing Witcher 3, you know it will be good.
3> Doom eternal / Because Dooooom! And with a gamepad it sucks...

Edit : I would like to see console exclusive coming to linux like judgement, Zelda and many other titles but a man can dream...
