I'm going to have to go with Dota 2, it's by far the game I've played the most.
That said Guns of Icarus, PAYDAY2, Civilisation (V and BE) make it hard to be sure. I may not have played them as much as Dota, but I'm not sure that means I appreciated them less.

I loved the movie and I've had it from a bundle for a few years now. Glad I'll finally get to play it!
EDIT: One thing that annoys me is that the trailer is just from the movie. I have no idea what the game looks like, not even what genre it is xD

Particle Fleet: Emergence just became my new Linux gaming addictionIf it's anything like the previous games by KnuckleCracker (Creeper World) then it probably will be mine too ^^

You described what I was thinking as well. I'm really curious to see what they've added, hopefully it alleviates the aforementioned lack of end-game content.
BUT: TOTALLY WORTH IT ALREADY THO!

Quoting: SketchStickHighly recommended, totally worth the money, just needs a bit more content...(I hope you don't mind my slight quote editing)
It's pretty amazing for the first few playthroughs at the very least, after you understand all the mechanics you reach a point where you can exhaust the tech-tree without breaking a sweat and that's when you start noticing the lack of end-game content or challenge. That's usually when everyone starts using overly complicated mods or starts giving themselves arbitrary goals...

That is one hell of a weird game franchise. I do enjoy it in all it's craziness though.

Quoting: cRaZy-bisCuiTA bit too blooy for me. Otherwise (low violenve version) I'd buy it.Blood, violence & humour are the three key elements to the game. Without them it would be nothing.
Quoting: ShmerlI hope it will have interesting story too. It will be harder for them without Hoji. From the fragments I've seen the replacement seems a bit annoying, but I trust that they'll be able to make the interactions humourous and the premise seems to allow for fun character development.

Take on ISIS in IS Defense now on Linux & SteamOS

I don't understand why some people think this game is in any way controversial. Sure it is daring (it wouldn't be the first time terrorists attack content creators), but ISIL is the most hated terrorist group right now. I think it's just that people go "Oh, same creators as Hatred, it must be wrong is some kind of way!"
It's a tame game, but it's fun. It just needs more maps; I've finished the game in 5h (and that includes replaying some of the older maps to try and beat my score). I could get some more fun out of it trying to get the remaining achievements.
IIRC they're going to release the modding tools in a week

Quoting: PublicNuisanceI'd rather a Linux version of Hatred. It already works on Linux, but they're still working on it. I'm just waiting for the official release before I buy.
Quoting: GuestI doubt it, but I'm sure there will be a mod for that...Quoting: Segata SanshiroWow, these developers sure have some balls.Yeah I wonder if it started with you playing as ISIS, before they decided to tone it down :P.

GOL Asks: What have you been playing recently?

After playing some Factorio (can't wait until the next update!) I got in the mood for building games, so I got myself Sol: Mars Colonization and Spatials, both are fun games, although I wish the Spatials planet missions weren't so repetitive.
Then I got into the mood for space games so I've been playing VoidExpanse (great game!).
With the Battle Pass thing going on most of my game time lately has been in Dota 2 though.
