For a while now Valve have been tweaking Steam store pages, including making them a fair bit wider which is now actually live everywhere for all users.
This was originally available via the Steam Beta Client for Desktop since August, and rolled out in September on Desktop for everyone but now they've also put all the changes on the web store too not just the Steam Client. The pages have been widened from 940 pixels to now 1200 pixels, which may not be huge news but it definitely makes a difference. Especially for screenshots, since you'll see them at a higher resolution now too.
With this change the trailer / screenshot section also gained some new tricks with new viewing modes between a theatre mode and full-screen, with controls to scroll through them that's especially nice when looking over new games to just quickly tap through full screenshots directly.

Valve also gave developers some new tools to make their game descriptions more interesting, store pages take a bit more background colour from the games too which is subtle but looks quite nice. Plus some other changes:
- Search results are wider and each row is slightly taller giving a little more room for the game artwork to increase in size.
- Bundle detail pages also now have slightly more colorful backgrounds and larger artwork in the list of contents.
- Recommendation pages like the Interactive Recommender and Popular Among Friends are wider.
- Store hubs such as for individual tags (eg. Supernatural) have always been a little wider than game pages. We updated these now to all be the same width.
- Steam Charts and News Hub were both slightly different sizes and even different sets of colors. These have been consolidated some to bring them more inline with Steam platform colors.
As for the main Steam home page, they said they have some "similar adjustments coming in the near future" but they're not ready to go live yet.

*edit* I don't mind if devs want to talk and show off. I just don't want to scroll a meter to the next game.

["Special Sections" > "SteamOS + Linux"](https://store.steampowered.com/linux?snr=1_12_74_)
Just a blank white screen.
Yet, when selecting "Special Sections" > "MacOS" or others, there are no problems. I think somebody at Valve might have made an oops.
I poked around a bit and discovered that the "SteamOS + Linux" category is also broken when viewing independently in a normal web browser. It does appear to be broken. In the mobile app you get
"Web page not available
The web page at https://store.steampowered.com/linux?snr=1_12_74_ could not be loaded because:
