Moomintroll: Winter's Warmth is set to arrive on April 27th from the creators of Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley, giving us another lovely adventure. Additionally, the developer announced recently that the game and demo work "great" on Steam Deck. It hasn't been verified by Valve yet so has no official rating.
What is it? Moomintroll: Winter's Warmth is a story-driven, cozy puzzle adventure that lets you return to the enchanting Moominvalley through the creative lens of the award-winning indie studio Hyper Games. While not a direct sequel to Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley, it is a spiritual successor with many similarities. You don't need to have played the previous game.

The 1977-82 stop-motion tv series (shown in the UK between 1983-85) scared the underwear off younger me :-) This one sounds less scary!

How lovely, I had no idea these were a thing! Quite appropriate too as I'm in the middle of (re) reading the books!
It is available subtitled in Swedish too! Anything else would just be plain wrong. I still consider it heresy that the Moomin cookies (produced in Finland) say Moomin Biscuits on the box and not Muminkex! 😫

Quoting: Axel Ekholm I like the art style. Waiting for reviews 🙂Not surprising. The "moomin" art style has been widely beloved for decades. I have the books on my shelf from when I was a kid, must have got them like 50 years ago. I should really have another look.
