Releasing sometime in August, Pegs X Stickers blends the worlds of pachinko and roguelites together to create an intoxicating mixture. There's a demo available right now that works perfectly with Proton, and the developer advertises the Steam Deck on the demo Steam page too which is always fun to see.
Yes, it's another game that's going for the Balatro-style and here it really works. It reminds me a lot of the excellent Ballionaire in the way that you build up the board but here it's more focused on just going nuts with all the different pegs and powerups you can put on the board to keep increasing your score for some wild combinations.
If you haven't played pachinko before the idea is simple - made popular in Japan, it's a mechanical arcade game about dropping balls like vertical pinball. You align the ball at the top, launch it and see what happens. It's quite simple overall but all the different pegs really make it interesting to keep coming back for another run.
