I totally didn't forget to write about this. CrossCode is a rather intriguing RPG that has a style from the SNES era with obvious improvements.

I've been looking forward to trying out Balrum since seeing it on a crowdfunding site some time ago, and now it has had a day-1 release on Linux I got a chance to play with it.

Sadly the new Dragonspear expansion for Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition won't see a day-1 Linux release. UPDATE: A developer claims their FAQ is wrong and it will release on Linux as well on the same day as Windows.

UnReal World is a roguelike 2D survival game which was first released in 1992. It has now found its way onto Steam.

Balrum is a 2D old-school RPG game from Balcony Team that had seen a few delays, but it's finally here.

Today I took a look at Trulon: The Shadow Engine, a new RPG on Steam. It's a spin-off of the upcoming fantasy novel ‘Shadow Gears’ from Shadowrun author Jak Koke and Trulon creator Johan Lillbacka.

I had a chance to take a look at Overfall, a very interesting mix of rogue-like exploration, RPG and strategy mechanics wrapped up in a funny looking shell.

Zombasite genuinely impressed me when I played it back in October, and it's really good to see development going strong on this ARPG. It has a new trailer, feast your eyes.

RuneScape developers are working on a brand new feature filled engine they are calling "NXT". It will use OpenGL, and Linux support will now be official for this MMO.

The second expansion to the very successful Pillars of Eternity has been released. Not only does the expansion conclude the story but a large patch has come out alongside it, bringing new free content for all owners of the base game.

Darkest Dungeon, a challenging gothic roguelike turn-based RPG that's very popular should arrive on Linux in March.

Well, looks like Techland are at least paying some sort of attention to their Linux port, not much mind. They just released a hotfix to Dying Light that should fix up the low resolution texture issue. See the update at the bottom too.

Tempest is a pretty good looking naval warfare game involving pirate ships, and it looks like it's coming over to Linux.

Albion Online is going to be something big when it's fully released, I'm sure of it. This update shows me how much they are listening to the community (within reason) too.

I was really hoping to give Torment: Tides of Numenera a go, but it seems I won't be able to since they have launched without Linux support right now. They aren't sure if it will get a Linux version during Early Access or after the final release.

I have yet to give Bound By Flame a real good go, but it's really good to see this Action/RPG game get some support with a new patch in beta.
