If XCOM just isn't enough alien vs human strategy for you, Xenonauts 2 is now also being created and the developer confirmed to us it should be on Linux.

Sorry for being a bit late on this, but a few days ago I asked the developers mode7 if Frozen Synapse 2 will be on Linux, and they kindly replied.

Cities: Skylines looks like it's getting some really great support, and with a free update coming soon we will get access to a new Theme Editor. We also have a video with some of the Snowfall expansion gameplay.

We Are Legion is a small indie strategy game with no unit caps, so you could end up with millions of units going at it. Sounds fun, but the graphics are pretty low-res.

A pretty good looking RTS Battle of Empires : 1914-1918 looks like it's heading to Linux & SteamOS if SteamDB updates are to be believed.

Prison Architect is just amazing, I still think it's one of the most interesting ideas for an indie game to come along for a long time.

Feral Interactive certainly don’t stop, Company of Heroes 2 has an impressive patch alongside The Western Front Armies expansion release on Linux. This patch also enables Linux to Mac online play.

It's nice to have some good news. I told you all recently that it looked like Master of Orion was coming to SteamOS & Linux, and now it has been confirmed by Wargaming themselves.

I love strategy games, so I just had to give the totally weird looking Death by Game Show a go. My PR people sent over a key so I could check it out.

Empires, a Source SDK game that's been around for quite a long time looks like it's coming to Linux, can't wait to try it.

Company of Heroes 2 is set to get bigger for Linux gamers as The Western Front Armies expansion is going to be released soon. Along with the expansions we will also be getting Linux to Mac online multiplayer with a patch.
