Just a quick note here, I'm wondering if anybody has managed to get the game Hooligans Storm Europe working under WINE? It used to be a game I liked back when I had a windoze partition. I've tried on several systems but to no avail. It installs fine and the intiial welcome (developer/studio etc) screens come up and then I'm left with a blank screen and am forced to kill the WINE process to get the computer back working.

If anybody has managed this, then please let me know what settings etc you used and even if it was a typical or full install. I would love to play this game once again, although it did get bad press, it was a fun strategy game.
