I bought the game and when I try to launch it, it hangs and I have to kill the process. Being the good guy I am I send in a tech support request with the appropriate console output. This is what I got back after a couple days:

Please try to downground your version of glibc. Supported version should have numbers 2.2.0.

I currently run Kubuntu 15.04 so I cannot imagine I am the only one with this problem. Here is my reply and do you guys have any suggestions?

Version 2.21 is what ships with Ubuntu 15.04. Downgrading is going to probably break half of my system due to dependencies. Surely there is a less radical solution because tying your game to a specific version is going to break the majority of people's systems. If you are saying that glibc is making my game not work, then perhaps shipping the correct library bundled with the game is more appropriate.
