They promised the Linux version way back, saying that they needed to resolve some issues with Bink video middleware. Bink supports Linux for a while already, and Tesla Effect is nowhere is sight.

For the new Bink plugin they'd also need to upgrade Unity, so might not be trivial. I really hope they'll do it anyway so I'll actually get to play this game at some point, but I haven't seen anything official on the subject since the game launched.
