Well here's a shot of me beta testing CortexCommand at HD resolution...safe to say everythings too small to know what to do...guess the maker didn't really think anyone would use it...time to turn it down a bit!
While searching through an old backup I ran into the Spear of Destiny Demo. I figured it was an eccentric enough sight that I should post it.
That is the final door in the demo.
Nice used to love Wolfenstein hasn't aged well though, no proper strafing Doom still plays very nicely still though.
Own original on DS also own the Wii game also, unfortunately I doubt I would get Wii emulator working on my computer.

Oh, I can do that too... with OpenGL rendering no less. ;)
Still, I can not help but think that considering how well games have aged is somewhat superfluous. They should all really be played and judged in respect to the time when they were released.
Keep it on topic please ladies.
It was an interesting debate mind so have split the topic :geek:
what's the above screenshot of btw?
Good idea!
It's from 7 Kingdoms AA - http://www.gamingonlinux.info/item.php?iid=88
Was open sourced and there's a small team doing bits and bobs on it like now it has native linux support (32/64bit!) - you do have to compile yourself but i can send you the one i built if you run ubuntu 10.10 i would think it would work ok.
It stole a lot of hours from me when i was younger.
I would appreciate that ty! Wouldn't mind checking it out sounds like Civilisation or is it closer to Settlers?
Erm kinda neither to be honest!
Will send you a PM with a link to it.
My latest game of Majesty - Defeating the Witch King.
Only took me 2 days of fiddling to get working. So it must deserve a screenshot for bragging rights. Working in 64bit ubuntu which is why it was probably so hard to get working. 32bit version can be installed with 2 deb files i think.

I am currently playing through Rune using the Linux port somewhat ironically made by Loki Software.
Playing Stealth Target Beta (just had my money refunded, so got the game for zilcho :D ). This is me playing a level I built using built in level editor.Screenshot-1.png[/attachment:tnhr5oio]
