Conkys : https://git.breizh.pm/Breizh/dotfiles/src/branch/master/.config/conky
It's maybe not up to date for the conkys.
For the wallpaper clock, I found it on https://vlad.studio in the past. But it seems that you can't get them on the new website… maybe archive.org can help you (the old domain was www.vladstudio.com I think).
And I use this custom script to update the wallpaper, because all softs supporting this are buggy now : https://git.breizh.pm/Breizh/dotfiles/src/branch/master/.local/bin/set_wall_clock (executed each minute via crontab).

Might as well go all out with the classic Gouldian Finches. For my main display, an Acer X223w LCD monitor, I just found a period appropriate Acer wallpaper from around the same time the screen was released.
I also upgraded from Xfce 4.14 to Xfce 4.16 although very little is different there.
