Did you check in the settings that the FPS are not capped ? I think it is by default, I set it to 180 to use Gsync (along with turning Vsync off).
Otherwise, in the display settings, I removed Blur and Depth field, as I don't like those settings in general. Since the game is only in early state, maybe they are part of your FPS issues ?
