seems the site uses some aggressive caching:

Expires: Wed, 09 Oct 2013 21:22:19 GMT
this surely needs to be fixed, no point in caching rss for 10 days, is there?

Switched our twitterfeed to use feedburners grabbing of our RSS, hopefully this will work for both you and our twitterfeed thing.
I have set the RSS feed to have a max-age of an hour, let me know how that fares.
