No, all the games on the list have a Linux build, but if you take for example rocket league, the game is no longer supported, so you have a native version but you can't play online, but it's still advertised on tuxdb. In order to see it you have to follow the steam link to see the missing Linux icon, or see some discussion about Linux in the steam forum.
Keep in mind that the rocket league exemple is more an exception that the norme. You can assume that if the game is on tuxdb, then the game works on Linux.
