Proton 5.13 and Optimus

Seems like Proton 5.13 broke the official way of running games on Nvidia GPUs on Optimus laptops.

Kind of sucks and I hope this will be fixed soon.

I switched to the current Steam Beta and it looks like it was fixed there. Need to test a bit more.
