Me and the kids (Child.0 is 12, Child.1 is 8) have been enjoying almost nightly sessions with MineTest. Default, not MineClone, though, but it has been a lot of fun just building and working, plus it was so easy to create a shared server with NixOS.
Probably one of the nicest bits is that the clients will download the assets required by the server, so I don't have to worry about making sure they have everything in since (unlike say, Satisfactory).

I also recall that the developer said you only had to log in the first time, then you could play the game disconnected. I don't remember having to log in again after the first time but even if it is, my Steam games log far more activity and I'm willing to accept that.
For a small development, it is an impressive game and very enjoyable, though difficult since it took me forever to figure out how to make coal properly.

Screeps is one of those games I find overwhelming to get into (established shards) but fascinating because I love programming games of almost all types. I'm also enjoying BitBurner (despite not really being fond of Javascript in general).

That definitely had a Satisfactory feel for me (including the color scheme), but that isn't a bad thing. I'm curious how/if they handle multi-player and mods. Going to check it out.

It looks pretty and I don't really need the number pad these days, but I find that I really struggle if I don't have the 2r3c layout for insert/home/page block plus the inverted T as a separate column. Not to mention, I have really large hands so I need horizontal space. :)
This is my problem even with laptop keyboards, they don't have a full desktop style TKL (ten keyless) layout.

My hopes for getting a laptop with a full 104 layout continues to elude me. I want my inverted-T with mobility. :) Plus, I found that after eye surgery and many seconds on the clock, tiny screens are agony to read. But, still hoping it works out and they end up with a bigger chassis and screen. (And modular keyboard, having a mechanical one would be awesome).

Mostly, playing Children of Morta which runs pretty smoothly on my under-powered Specter X360 (lost the good computer to a derecho). It's nice to just kill things and the different mechanics for each of the family members is fun (still prefer Linda). I got the new Pets DLC and I was disappointed that the bonuses there were degrading with each encounter which means instead of steadily improving them, I'm just going to horde animal treats until the end of time and then forget to use them.
I'm also playing Carrion with the six year old. "Playing" being he plays for about 5-10 minutes and then asks me to play while he makes commentaries since the game doesn't have a map and he keeps getting lost.
The boys played a few rounds of Tallowmere 2 with me. That's a hard one because as soon as one of them accidentally friendly fires a kitten, that's it for the night. I don't like friendly fire.
I've also spent a little bit trying to get Satisfactory playing but my laptop just can't handle it. At least not hooked up to the 34" widescreen.

My problem has always been size. After so many years of touch typing plus having really large hands, I struggle a lot with keyboards that don't follow the patterns I need (namely inverted T and the two row/3 column home/end space). Sadly, there isn't a laptop out there that has it.
On the other hand, the edges don't bother me at all.
A shorter space might be interesting but I would need it across all machines to really consider the physical pain of switching layouts to be worth it.
Oh, and mechanical. I go through so many membrane keyboards in a year (3-4, partially due to children, partially due to the quarter million words written) as opposed to mechanical (1/18 months).

Oh, Carrion Fields. That brings back memories. I played that in the late 90's and had a ball.
