However vulkan have issues

Various issues stay in 1.7.0 development for solved case resize windowed using vulkan

But in middle of this, them add opengl multithreading acccording devs this shows performance improvement

OpenGL backend now properly multithreaded, giving a
good speed boost.

What is the issue with Oblivion/Fallout 3? The last time I played them, they ran almost perfect, only thing I had to do is set "winegstreamer" to disabled in wineconfig as it was crashing the game.

I test oblivion and in before test music folder will be renamed but now runs ok without rename folder and dont need disable winegstreamer in test

In my case build wine for this is needed: libmpg123-dev
