I read this as just a clear indication that those numbers are very, very low. Else they'd be all over that task for obvious marketing reasons.

Turn off action cam? Madness! It was one of the features that made the first game so good! A welcome break from that static isometric view that makes every game look like a board game, now we get down there and see the action and wonderful models and animations in all their glory.

I'll give it a couple of patches and it's ready for purchase. Does it ever happen any more that a game released for pc doesn't need patching afterwards?

Phew - my trusty old gtx680 is still valid.
I'll not purchase a new graphics card until I know what the requirements of the Valve VR set will be.
