As far as I know, the GUI of Steam Deck is not Big Picture Mode, but some successor, though it's supposed to come to PC as well... some day.

Definitely, it's the best choice for external HDD that is being used by both Linux and Windows machines.

Why not use ntfs?

Not working everywhere, some devices can't read ntfs partitions.

Since kernel version 5.15 you can use NTFS without problems... and all distros have that minimum version by default.

And you're sure my TV set had got it?
