Quoting: Philadelphushttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panspermia [External Link] ?Quoting: PhlebiacWhat happens when the host creature gets an itch, and rolls over to scratch all those pesky parasites on its back?Given its biology, I'm not sure it can roll over. :dizzy:
I'm kinda interested in how your villagers get up there in the first place though—the game kinda glosses over it.

Quoting: ixnariWhat, did they not know about the 1% market share when they were coding D:OS and Dragon Commander? Offering Linux support and then backing out after a single game does, generally speaking, not engender good will in the Linux community, as it turns out.I'm all for native, but it might have happened that they found it was not worth it for them.

I'm surprised everybody seems to love D:OS. I do like classic RPGs, but I gave up on this one due to the stupid rock paper scissors mechanic.

Is the Windows version using the Vulkan renderer? (I guess not.)

PS: I wanted to make sure I understand the word correctly, and, well, there seems to be a second (first?) meaning. :-D

Quoting: TheRiddickNot a huge fan of track pads in general really.I'm usually in the same boat, but did you try those of the Stream Controller? Felt better than any other I've ever touched, on first second and by a wide margin.

Quoting: Liam DaweNot sure what's going on really but it definitely said it had stock initially but very low, and then gone. We all know batteries don't last forever though, and considering how hard people are pushing the Steam Deck, likely harder than laptops would be pushed, I imagine playing it safe getting a spare is not a bad idea regardless. But aren't batteries ageing, so I want a new one then and not one that sat somewhere for years?

Quoting: syxbitThe Steam game page doesn't mention Linux support.Linux icon says Linux native. There's also a Deck support box at the right for many games (a third of my library), which says if it runs under Linux - this may or may not be using Proton.
I'm always confused when Linux is listed. Does this mean a native port, or are they just saying it will work with Proton
Steam Deck now lets you override display resolution for games

Quoting: mphuZI just don't really understand this Game Resolution feature.I guess if the game just can't do it, it won't help. Most games of the last decade(s) should be able to cope though, I guess.
With it, I will be able to magically run all games in 1920*1080 resolution, even those that do not support?
For example, Splinter Cell or Return to Castle Wolfenstein. They do not support modern resolutions, mods are required.
