Quoting: JuliusHmm, while nice I do wonder if these kind of ports make back their money. I, like many others I believe already own those games (never managed to finish them under Windows, back when I was still dual-booting). So this is indeed a nice gift, but I don't really plan to buy them again as I am unlikely to invest much time in those games. Of course if the port was really easy, it might be worth it, who knows.
I think the KotOR II approach was clever:
Port an old game - and enhance it for everybody at the same time.
Gets more press as well.

It's no pants Friday! Come join the livestream around 19:45 UTC tonight

Quoting: neowiz73funny thing, I've purchased all their Linux ports except Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered and BioShock Infinite, which i'm not that interested in.
Just for the records, Bioshock Infinite was a Virtual Programming "port" for Linux (Aspy did the Mac port AFAIR.)

Quoting: NezarnBut how? Denuvo didn't had Linux version so far :O (or in linux it will use a different DRM?)
It is possible that under Linux they are content with just the Steam DRM.
I asked them on Facebook, but they wouldn't tell (yet):

Quoting: Feral
Quoting: meWill it use Denuvo on Mac and Linux?
No word on that just yet. We'll be releasing more information down the line.

Quoting: riusmaFeral Radar has been updated with Deux Ex: Mankind Divided in "soon" section, but F-Foxy and Spacious Skies (both soon) as well as 808 SB125 and Depth Charge (both very soon) remain (with Total War: Warhammer obviously)! Four "unidentified" games coming, including perhaps two before Deus Ex and the end of the year! :)
When am I going to play all of this? Didn't even start with Tomb Raider yet! :)

Quoting: EikeI'm very confident Feral wouldn't do it Batman style.
Who knows how they dress on casual fridays. Might be an office full of caped crusaders for all we know.
Pics or it didn't happen! :D
