Why Are We Still Dual Booting?

Quoting: davidjosephaI technically dual boot, although I can't remember the last time I booted into Windows. Might be over a year, now. My Windows and Linux installs are on different SSDs, so at any moment, I might just clear off the Windows SSD and use it for something else. I keep it around, mainly, because I don't have any use for the SSD, so it's probably more work to not have Windows than to keep it around.I had the same - and dedicated the ex Windows SSD for Linux games!

Ups, I forgot that part...
The movement part is trivial, and for those that find even trivial to hard, there is - never seen such before - an autojump option so you won't miss jumping at the right moment. So it's all about puzzling.

Quoting: GuestAnd - as (too) often - the notice that this game and the DLC is also available DRM-free [External Link]. For those who care.To be honest, I got used to Steam (which I avoided for a long time on Windows), so I personally do not care much, but this is still useful information that might be contained in articles as well. Another useful thing would be, in case it exists, a porter shop (like Aspyr and Feral have), so the porters get the max out of the money we pay.

I'm not dual-booting anymore, but I used to for games.
When I deleted Windows last April, I found that I had booted it only twice in half a year. One time for a picture from a vetinary in a very specific format, and I think once for tax declaration.
It seems Windows survived much longer than it had to. Why? Well, I used Windows since pre-3.0 times. I guess I had hard times to imagine I could do fully without. Maybe, I would need it? Some day?
Now if it doesn't work under Linux natively (no WINE), I'm not using it.
To show publicly that I will not buy if it is not on Linux, I joined these groups:

There might be two problems when counting games on Steam:
The number is lower when you sort the list by date, because there are a few games that seem not to have a date attached.
And there are some games not available in some regions of the world.
So in my place, Germany, I see 996 games sorting by relevance and 991 by date.
That at least excludes Football manager 2014 and 2015 and Dying Light, which AFAIR are available for Linux.
If that's true, I'd get a 999 internationally...?
