I've been playing DOOM (via uzdoom) recently. This is still a very refreshing game.
Only addon I'm using is voxeldoom (As mentioned on this very site).
Graphics: Classic setting 320x200 with 4x3 aspect ratio.
However control is a bit more modern via trackball and keyboard.
