GOL Cast: Being Extremely Tactical in Nuclear Dawn

Command mode works. I was commander of the enemy team in Xpander's video.

The event that Xpander's video is of also has Nicholas Hastings (psychonic - he's the one that sounds suspiciously similar to Gabe Newell :D ), the developer handling the Linux playing, which was heaps of fun.

Quoting: Quote from Half-ShotThe devs seem very on the ball so a couple of days maximum.
Don't let the bugs stop you from buying it, its so close to working.
At the very least, if you're concerned, don't let beta bugs stop you from buying it once the Linux version is released :D

The beta still has some crash related issues that need to be smoothed out, but when it's running, it seems to be solid.

Devs have been able to reproduce most of the reported problems and hopefully will have solutions soon :)

And it looks like a beta will probably be landing tomorrow [External Link]!
The initial round of the beta should be live tomorrow. We're just working out some deployment issues right now to make sure that everything goes smoothly and especially to make sure that there's no disruption for current players. I'll post an announcement when it's up.

GamingOnLinux Reviews - Trine 2: Complete Story

Quoting: Quote from HamishIf Frozenbyte does endeavour to do another IP I would actually like it to be a first-person game, since they have experimented with top-down and platforming already, and I could see them doing interesting things with it.
An interesting thought!

Quoting: Quote from HamishWell, perhaps when we both have a bit more time on our hands we could try it
Alrighty. I just attempted to add you on YIM. Let's see if our availability coincides at any point :D

Quoting: Quote from ThirdwikiSorry for the Trine/Problems thingy .. but I purchased this from HumbleBundle.com , and it doesn't work on my Xubuntu 13.04 system , even on the lowest settings . Just straight-locks out and I have to restart my system. Solar 2 did the same thing .
Shame 'cause it's perfect for that type of eco-system.
Hmm, I haven't heard of that sort of problem before. It might be worth trying to get a gdb trade and sending that to [email protected]
