By the way someone should call ubisoft and tell them since they don't care on their own forums about this information.

Quoting: nijiwarI don't want to be that person, but how many corporations have moved their ass to make their games even a little compatible with proton / wine .
It will be the same with this, none of the big ones in the game business will move ass
Captain Tsubasa Rise of New Champions has EAC and you can launch the game

Everything is changing in rapid pace right now in our world. They can get on for a ride or stay with their old stance and wither out. What times being alive for Linux gaming and towards platform agnosticism :woot:
exactly since the announcement of proton everything goes a bit fast which is cool

Probably the only one who uses gentoo and plays games on it...

I just hope Valve switches for gentoo for steam OS hue hue hue
I always thought of Gentoo users as people who enjoy walking down dark alleys and getting mugged. 😜
mugged by our own devs yes XD

Not the only one for sure, I use Gentoo and play games. Gentoo is just not for everybody and that's OK. If people find installing Arch hard, telling them to unpack the base operating system in order to compile the rest might be bit too much.
both are easy to install after you retry over and over

A fellow Gentoo user !
I recently built a desktop Gaming rig and I slapped Windows on it (tried to use Gentoo but I was too lazy I just want to game without hassle), so I don't game much on my Gentoo laptop anymore, but I still use it when travelling or for light games I want to play in my bed. So nice to see other Steam Gentoo users !
don't worry gaming on linux is way easy than expected so far no issue excepted for valhalla who is not an optimized product

I was mad when Alissa (modo from TRS) told me "the game shouldn't work on linux"

Honestly i'm really mad at them but i'm glad i haven't bought the game cause too expensive.

It was a good one day experience during the closed beta.

Quoting: kit89A co-op game with anti-cheat, is it planning to be a persistent loot-drop game, or highly competitive?
Well EAC was useless cause i joined a quick party with 3 players + 3 bots so this software prevents linux players but not real cheater.

there's not loot-drop and highly competitive remember they did evolve
