Quoting: AbreuWhat's best: AMD Proprietary drivers or up-to-date Mesa drivers?AFAIK you use Mesa for gaming because it is better and install amdgpu-pro alongside Mesa for OpenCL/compute stuff because Mesa doesn't support them.

Quoting: deathxxxWhat exactly does this om games? NVAPIThe effect is that you no longer need to use launch parameters to use DLSS, Nvidia Reflex etc. on these games. DXVK spoofs Nvidia GPUs as AMD by default, because otherwise games attempt to use NVAPI and it didn't work out well in the past.

Quoting: jrtcouple of years agoThat's nice to hear but considering that I am a Linux user for less than 2 years and haven't used KDEnLive on Windows, it isn't much helpful. I will try again, anyways.

I tried KDEnLive in the past (maybe 1 yr ago) and had problems with basic functionality. Perhaps I didn't understand how to use, and I used OpenShot even if it barely worked in my case with frequent crashes. I should take another look at KDEnLive when I need video editing again.
