Interesting this. I always did think transplanting the golden age of open wheel racing* from Grand Prix Legends (with the Dark Souls like difficulty removed) and adding the art style and third person perspective from art of rally would work supremely well.
I'm less sure about turning in the helmet and driving gloves for a tie and clip board. But I'm willing to give the theme manager bit a go!
* The 1967 season specifically!

Quoting: ShmerlDoes actual Luna server use Linux or Windows? That's the interesting part, not so much the streaming client of which there were a bunch already.At least when it launched in 2020 it was all Windows and Nvidia:

They are probably going to need to create their own rating system for the device...

Quoting: PenglingBut do those straight-up work on ARM with no difficulties? (I think that was the question being posed.)The announcement does mention Box64 [External Link]. How well that works in practice is a big question mark.

Broken Sword - Shadow of the Templars remaster hits over £400k on Kickstarter

Worked together with ScummVM devs for the Broken Sword support.
Made FLOSS releases for older titles (Lure of the Temptress, Beneath a Steel Sky) game data and source code (when it was available. Lure I think was lost?)
Totally cool with fan fiction like the excellent Broken Sword 2.5.
Hired people from the community. (Don't recall if it was from ScummVM or BS2.5?)
Plus of course the Linux ports for their recent'ish games.

Quoting: pleasereadthemanualThat's good to hear. A track record like that makes them trustworthy and gives that claim weight.Revolution is my favorite dev. They almost always do the right thing:

Not sure what version I would choose if I wanted to replay Half-Life. The original disc release? The 25th anniversary update? Maybe Black Mesa? That was a joke, fat chance!

Apparently the DRM from this game together with other digital locks and restrictions are being moved to Flatout 3: Chaos & Destruction [External Link]. A selfless act by the developer to spare people the suffering of playing, or even launching, that game.
