Quoting: imLinguinGlad to hear I can run it through Steam. I might give that a try!Quoting: krelltunezI'm going back-and-forth on whether to buy this. FYI, Gwent is free, what the bundle includes is some kind of starter pack. Also, Gwent DOES NOT work on Steam Deck (at least using Heroic). No idea if it would work on regular Linux.Gwent relies on the Galaxy Communication service, which is not yet implemented by us. You can use Steam to play Gwent though. It's F2P game.

Thanks for the heads up! I just purchased Salt & Sanctuary ($4.77), Creaks ($7.43), Titanfall 2 ($5.09), Ceville ($0.54), Knight Story ($1.05), Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War GOTY ($3.44) and Quarantine Circular ($1.26). Ceville looks like it requires tinkering to run on the Deck, and Knight Story is untested, but the rest have high marks on ProtonDB. Happy bargain hunting everyone!
Ubisoft Connect on Steam Deck guide with SD Card access

I just set this up on my Steam Deck, hoping to directly launch Assassin's Creed Odyssey from my SD card. When I launch it, it seems to get stuck on the Ubisoft "Initializing" window. This is after my first attempt, which told me the game wasn't installed. I then showed it where the game is. Now, when I launch from Steam, it hangs.
EDIT: This was a nightmare to get working, but I finally did it by making the shortcut point to the Ubisoft Connect install and then adding the launch command to open the game. It required me to verify the install before I could play, and it takes a long time to get into the game (like 2+ minutes), but it works.

Chrome on Steam Deck now supports the Deck Controller, with GeForce NOW working

Hey Liam & Co.! New SD user here. I've set up Edge with Xbox GamePass and it works flawlessly. With the kiosk code, it goes straight into Xbox GP and it's almost like a native app.
When I use Chrome though, and add the following to the properties in Steam:
It takes me to a Google login page every time. Especially since this is in kiosk mode, this is useless as I'm unable to get to GeForce Now (which is what I'm trying to use this for).
Any ideas?
EDIT: Nothing to do with kiosk mode. I see the same behavior if I eliminate the additional arguments. I think this has to do with Chrome not having access to PWAs.
EDIT 2: Got it working after pulling out some hair! Turned off the setting allowing Chrome to run in the background. That was causing all my issues because it was trying to keep my PWAs running.
