Well, I don't know whne my last Kerbal mission was, but it must have been long ago, there seem to have been lots and lots of changes, that's great !

Quoting: oldrocker99It's a wonderful thing for me that I have so many games for Linux today that I have this problem! Back when I started using Linux in '08 there was one commercial game:Neverwinter Nights. Then the Humble Bundles started, and things began to look up. Now, with Steam, there's a surfeit of riches!
Almost the same for me, I did not even knew Neverwinters Nights was on Linux, so no commercial games for me at the beginning. Then, World of Goo came in one of the Humble Bundles, and Majesty HD in the Ubuntu Store, and... so many more now !

Quoting: seguleh"XCOM - Enemy Unknown" cause I was big fan of original Microprose "UFO" series.D
Yeah, me too, in fact I only played the first, probably one of my favorite games ever. I liked it so much that I never even tried one of the sequels, till now. I always feared to be disappointed.
In fact, I like the new one, in many ways, but I still regret the old one in so many ways. And having still a 32-bit Linux, I have only been able to play on Windows.

Quoting: segulehIf its interesting for some1, my specs: 2 core Phenom [email protected], 4Gb RAM, GTX 460SE. As U can see, it's definitely not a modern "gaming dragon" :D
Well, in this case I have a "gaming turtle" ;)

Torchlight & Torchlight II Look Set For Linux & Steam
16 Jul 2014 at 8:35 am UTC

I bought Torchlight from the Humble Bundle, despite I already owned it on gamersgate (who by the way still don't have the linux version either), and it's a great game when you want some fun. It's good that they seem to be working on a Linux port of Torchlight II, but I wonder if it's worth buying it. I mean, how much different can it be form the first ? If anyone has played Torchlight 1 and 2, and can give me some advice..
Same for Warlock, by the way, I would love to see a Linux port for Warlock 1, even if in this case I will probably buy Warlock 2 when the Linux version comes out, because it seems rather different, and even more polished than the first.

FTL on steroids, that seems great ! As much as I loved FTL I missed some quind of open exploration. I'll definitely buy this one when it comes to Linux.

Quoting: GoCorinthiansNope. Someone that ofends a game well liked by majority of gamers...doesnt even deserve arguments!
First of all, he did not offend the game, only said he did not like it, and he had an argument. The one I was trying to understand. I disagree with what he says, but can understand his point.
But if your problem was what Armand Raynal said about Mount and Blade Warband, why exactly did you quote me in the first place ?
hahaha...nowadays even trolls got their friends to cover their bull$hits up! TRAGIC!
Well.. I really don't know why I bother answering to you, because you don't even read what I'm saying.
What Armand Raynal said was no troll, and no bullshit, even if I disagree. Would you care being polite with me and with him ? And carefully reading what I say before answering ?
Thank you very much.

No, I'm not trolling, I was trying to help a fellow linux gamer. If you disagree with waht I said, would you please bring some arguments ? You obviously seem to think what I said was stupid, so, would you care to share and tell us or me why you think what I said about Floris mod is inaccurate ?

Quoting: Armand RaynalMount and blade Warband. Very disapointed by the fighting system. Too simple.
Too simple, in which way ? Too easy to win, or not enough options ? If it's the second, you may try some mods like Floris, which add a lot of options in combat.
