I'd give it a try, but it seems to be infested with Denuvo.

This is weird. While I do appreciate the extra Buttons, I cannot for the life of me come up with a reason for making a pricey controller without rumble support. For that price I'd never want to get a controller without force feedback. The 8BitDo and even the XBox controller both work fine.

Quoting: whizseOh boy – fighting over desktop real estate would be the endgame here! :grin:Quoting: neolithYes, it is possible technically. I was just wondering who would actually put up with using two keyboards and mice on a single computer for gaming. Two gamepads is way more common, I recon.I assume local co-op means LAN multiplayer in this case.
Still, I would love to see four player splitscreen using four keyboards and mice some day. Pure pandemonium!

Quoting: PyreticControllers have always been inferior to keyboards and mice as a control scheme, so I'm willing to accept worse controller support as long as a game at least has some.Well... I'd say that depends on what kind of game you are playing.
Also, if the project is using SDL, like most are, then you can receive inputs from multiple keyboards and mice individually.Yes, it is possible technically. I was just wondering who would actually put up with using two keyboards and mice on a single computer for gaming. Two gamepads is way more common, I recon.

Quoting: PyreticOne more time, developers: please add local coop. :(While I agree in general I must say the game looks like it's made to be controlled with MKB – I am not sure how many people would play it via local co-op...
Even 2 player coop is good enough.

That looks nice! I've never heard of the game before.
Quoting: GuestThe devs are Gothic fans and have said that's big part of their inspiration, so I've got my eyes on this.Oh, that's not a bad sign at all! I'll need to get it sooner or later, I guess.

Quoting: EikeI never cared for these stores, but from what I picked up, a normal user(*) does not have access to Epic store on Steam Deck, and would get access by buying this thingy. But that is just a distinction you are making. Everyone has the option to access the store on any machine. If you are intellectually capable is an entirely different matter.
(*) A normal user never goes into a thing called "desktop mode" on a handheld console. And yes, I do think that's the "normal" (usual) behaviour.

Quoting: based[...] nor the access to their stores being SOLD on SteamBut that is not what's happening. It is not that access to their stores is being sold on Steam, it is that easier access to their stores is being sold on Steam. And I don't think that should be a problem at all, because you can just as well access their stores any other way you see fit. They could even provide their own software to help with that, if they wanted to.
