Alabaster Dawn is the next game from the developers of CrossCode

Quoting: ExpandingManTherefore Crosscode stands out to me as a game in which I have invested 60 hours that I would thumbs-down on steam. How did this happen?
Same here. I don't fully get why people enjoy this game all the way through.
Even though people call it an RPG and I really don't consider it to be one I quite enjoyed it in the beginning. However the longer I played the more my experience was muddied by repetitiveness and some MMO mechanics I really dislike in singleplayer games. At some point it I just felt it wasn't worth it any more.
Maybe the game just isn't for me - which is a pity as it seems to tick a lot of boxes for me. It's not the first time this has happened to me though. For example I hate the Borderlands games with a passion for similar reasons even though they look like I should enjoy them...

Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster announced for Steam releasing September
4 Jul 2024 at 12:17 pm UTC

Quoting: KROMIf there's going to be a retail version, you usually can order it from Austria. So far I never had problems activating keys for games that are blocked. Works with digital keys too.
Good to know, I'll keep that in mind - thanks for letting me know!

Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster announced for Steam releasing September

Quoting: KROMYeah, but I can't even see the store page and wishlist it, so I don't forget about it. :/
Yeah, I am quite disappointed in that, too. That game is on my list of things that would like to give a try.
Does anyone know if it's possible to gift it from another account? If so I might be tempted to spend some money on a VPN to try and get it...

Aspyr Media announce a STAR WARS: Bounty Hunter remaster arriving on August 1

Quoting: Doktor-MandrakeDid they not fix the issues with it? I was initially interested in it, especially with it having splitscreen

But all the issues people reported just put me off wanting to get it unless it's ever on a BIG discount
According to the Steam forums they fixed some issues and introduced others.
But I think the problem is that even if the game was practically bug-free, by now way to many people lost interest in it. That is a death sentence for a multiplayer game.

Endless launch Block Coding for Godot Engine, great for beginners

What an amazing idea!
My little niece is quite interested in creating things in Minecraft oder level editors in games and was all ears when I told her that it is possible to create games on your own. I was hoping I'd be able to show her Godot and try out something simple with her together in the future. But this could be a game changer and allow her to continue tinkering with things on her own.

While they are at it, can they turn back time a couple months and unfumble the Battlefront release?
I am incredibly disappointed in how that went. It should be impossible to screw up a re-release of an old game so badly, that the original still has a way higher playercount...

Anyone remember Desert Strike?
Hell yes!
The scrolling was soooo good on my Amiga.
