I'm sure they got more plans, games will apper on the radar when they are getting ready for release.
Im assuming its not to cleaver to announce a port right after you get the licens for it, just look at the steam forums on games that are promesing a linux port / mac port :P.

Well, Rise of the Tomb Raider is also okay-ish ^_^
EDIT: Anyone else noticed that there is only one Linux title on their radar and only 3 in total? Everything alright @feral?

Quoting: Leopardaaaah, didnt know that they completly ditched dx12. Thanks!Quoting: ZeloxIm excited to see start citizen now. Cause I think we really can see vulkan vs dx12 there. You can't see Dx12 vs Vulkan at Star Citizen because they're going full with Vulkan and eventually drop their Dx11 support since Windows 7,8,10 and Linux have support for Vulkan.
If vulkan performe better, I can see that as a possble reason for windows users to ditch windows and go to linux.
And maybe dev teams can see the value better in using vulkan. But I got no doubt they are already mutch better informed then atleast me :P.

This is awesome. Would be cool to see Mad max on windows vs Linux.
But does the windows version use dx12?
Would probably not be to fair to compair and old API with a new one.

Star Citizen to use Vulkan instead of DirectX 12 and drop DirectX 11 eventually

They also dont support vulkan like Linux do. And there PC's arent really built for gaming, just hade to add that last thing ;).
If we are going to see a Linux port, it will be the next plattform frontier will aim for.
PS4 port is out very soon, and I dont think Andriod, iOS or Nintendo is something frontier are aiming for.
So hoppfully Linux is something they want to do. Plz!! :'(
My life will be complete then frontier!!!
Im not begging Im demanding a port!!! :D

Quoting: CorbenI'm not sure, as on Windows they're not using OpenGL as on macOS, but DX11.Mac uses an older opengl version, this is the reason they dont have the horizon expansion.
But even though their Cobra engine can render in OpenGL, they're not support Linux.
Probably it's just a matter of time, when Elite: Dangerous will be playable in Linux through wine. Either they switch on Windows to Vulkan, or wine supports DX11 good enough to play. Probably the later will happen ;)
