I really encourage Colony Sim Enthusiasts to give this one a try. The dev is really cool, you literally can watch him work every day (he streams most of it), he listens to his players, he responds very quickly and implements so much, its crazy. He has quite a knack for UI elements too, so this game works really well on the deck, despite the tiny screen. Really good one, and yes, i will buy the rimworld dlc too. Of course i will, the willingless weak minded thing i am. :)
RimWorld - Odyssey will bring spaceship building, exploration and a lot more content

I just hope they did not steal many ideas from Stardeus. But so far the devs kept a friendly vibe to each other, so i hope that will not be the case.

As a nvidia-hybrid user, i had no big luck with wayland under manjaro kde, but that was more than a year ago. With that same machine i have no problems under endeavour with kde/wayland for months now. So, yeah, maybe i take a peak again at manjaro just to look how it is. And for that other discussion: for me, defaulting to one thing is not forcing.

While i understand Randys statement (those amiga games here in germany were expensive as hell, games like Pirates! and Monkey Island were around 90-100DM, which today would be around 200Eurodollarpounds, and i spent all my money on those games), but - these days are over. Luckily. We now have choices, and its not wild west anymore. So Gearbox, you really should consider avoiding piles like this one. :)

These numbers always remind me that more than 19 people out of twenty still have the calm to put up with that other systems. I have to cope with this software at work, and every bit of it makes me unconfortable. I just recently bought a pre-owned steam deck for tinkering, and all the sheer amount of useful thought that is visible on almost every aspect of the UI is enough to make me happy and just use the device with a smile, despite me being myopic and a diehard mouse and keyboard guy.

Wow, we could really need something like this in service, perhaps with built-in batteries to troubleshoot headless clients. Thanks!

That is really nice to see. I am currently playing this game, and i am totally hooked. Zero issues so far and the story is great. The city itself is so dense and alive, i sometimes just take a ride on the metro and enjoy the views. It feels more "mature" and serious than the GTA series to me. To have the opportunity to mod this game expands my backlog quite a bit. Good times, at least on the gaming level. :)
