Quoting: LeopardThere are three kind of Linux users:

1-) Dual booting and keep buying Windows games , then hopes to jump Linux entirely when there is title parity

2-) Drm-free fanatics. They still didn't realize without Valve , there is no chance to grow. Without Steam on Linux , you probably wouldn't see so many indie titles on GOG too because devs wouldn't do a Linux version at all.

3-) Only Linux booters. Who only cares about growth of Linux gaming because they know if Linux gaming reaches to a certain point , there will be much more options on market. Even beneficial to Drm Free stores because there will be much more Linux games on there too.
Actually there's a fourth type of Linux user.

4-) Dual booting but only buying games when & if a Linux port arrives.

The only reason I keep Windows around is for Lightroom as it sucks in Wine.

So they're trying to be more realistic this time?

Quoting: PatolaDon't think that, it uses newtonian physics which is really difficult at the beginning, but this is a highly trainable skill with a LOT of capacity for exploitation, the least of it is you getting impulse to go in a tangent to a target and using your momentum to turn without diverting your path and shred it to pieces with your guns.
I failed that first mission about ~50 times before I got good at it. After that, I cannot help but regard it as "too easy". Insist some more, and you'll get great satisfaction for doing it.
I'm not giving up yet, I tried again earlier & while I still got my backside handed to me by the game I have managed to exact a small measure of revenge on the ship that keeps killing me by taking out one of it's guns, I just need a lot more practice.

ASTROKILL just confirmed something I was pretty sure of, I'm rubbish at any type of flying or driving game, I can't even get past the first tutorial. hahaha Gimme a standard FPS shooter, stealth or platformer game any day.

Frictional Games have made some seriously creepy games, first came the Penumbra series, then the Amnesia games & most recently SOMA. If you haven't got them grab them now, you'll never have a good night's sleep again. ;)

Quoting: GuestThat is excellent. lol, I've had the original diamond version for many years and have barely played it all.
I'm the same, I've had both NWN games for years & they sit on the shelf collecting dust, this might just push me to play it properly at long last.

I'm gonna buy this as I bought & enjoyed the first season, I'd like to see a "mission" editor & workshop support for custom stories somewhere down the road.
