I'd say GOL should stick to reporting & reviewing gaming & games, BUT on those odd occasions when something really big that affects Linux users pops up, like this particular story, then have at it.

ps Snapd or whatever it's called is another one that Canonical should knock on the head.

I tried other Distros & front ends but when it comes down to it Ubuntu with Unity is the one for me, as long as they keep it available for those of us who still want to use it I don't care what they do. I like Unity!

ps the Phone project was always doomed to fail, they got into it far too late after the big boys already staked their claim & they could never hope to take away market share from Android, Windows or IOS.

The original game seems to have vanished off my steam list, I'm pretty sure I bought it ages ago as I remember distinctly playing it drunk with friends & that's the best way to play it. :D
