Also wondering how well it actually runs

From the digital foundry video I watched last year the game looks like a complete stutter fest

Croc Legend of the Gobbos Remaster out now on GOG

Still have my original disc, wanted to pick this up but at its current price I'll wait for a sale myself

I was expecting it to be around the £15 mark which I probably would of picked up

None the less, people seem happy with the quality of this remaster, I felt disappointed by the recent tomb raider remasters but this at least seems to have alot of effort and love put into it

I'm sure this live service game will stand out

...I'm sure it won't have its servers pulled a year from now

Not to sound cynical, just I'd love a sonic party game if it was local mp with added bonus of online mp instead of live service

@felipecrs carmageddon was my jam growing up, kinda insane looking back how my parents were cool letting me play C2 on the home computer lol

The deformation of the cars and the satisfaction from the crashes was just great, I remember spending alot of time in the replay mode and watching the carnage over and over

Also the puns! Nothing like running over a bunch of people and having "CUNNING STUNT" pop up.. which would of gone straight over my head at the time anyway

Been having alot of fun with the demo so far

For those who like tinkering with low-spec gaming there's a dedicated "potatoe" setting

It's abit blurry but still looks surprisingly still quite nice and actually looks very similar to a ps1 game

There's even filters, like "full retro" that adds dithering.

Can't wait to try out the demo on my main pc

Mudborne is a wonderfully chilled sim about catching and breeding frogs out now

Was playing the demo on and off last night while watching TV and its very cozy!

Might pick it up on Friday it's only £6 so why not?! And knowing some of the money they make goes to the real life little froggies adds that extra cozyness

Linux kernel 6.14 out late due to 'pure incompetence' - don't get too excited about Linux gaming boosts

@Pyrate

Sorry should of elaborated, I wanted to use BT so I could use multiple controllers, the official adapter only supports one controller at a time

Though tbf I can't think of any splitscreen games I play that make use of analogue triggers so it's probably a non-issue

I want a new controller, ever since last year when my series x controller I had for about a year and the RB button suddenly crapped out

The 8BitDo SN30 Pro does look appealing, especially if it has official support in the current kernel

But I really want one of those 8bitdo ultimate controllers

But from what I read they register as a dinput nintendo controller on PC through BT, which results in no analog triggers (bummer for racing games)

I could use their official adapter, but I have their original adapter from when I picked up the m30 and sf30 controllers years ago and I found the adapter terrible in terms of range distance, even if 2.4ghz is meant to have lower latency

For now my go-to has been the official xbox wireless adapter, one thing I really love is that I can unplug the adapter and put it into another device and the controller still connects to it without manual pairing everytime, even when switching between linux and windows

But I don't want to be confined to Microsoft, and the fact ultimate controllers has hall effect joysticks make me really want one. I get tired of having to deal with terrible dead zones and want something more sustainable and reliable

I'm due an upgrade, my main machine is running a 2060 super

I have been thinking if I get a new gpu to go AMD this time though, which is a shame because I don't want to give up things like dlss and good RT performance

Just open source your stuff nvidia. Lol
