The game is awesome.I've already spent 16 hours on it during the beta and it's so good. It's like meat boy, but harder and with interconnected levels and secrets zone, like in Donkey Kong Country.

It's hard but fair. And the music is so good!!!

I've just checked and it works great for me, without doing anything.

It's probably something about the version of the drivers or X11 or something like that. I don't see why big picture would be a problem to run vulkan games.

I've never used steam os, but that's my guess.

Just to add a precision, I use an xbox360 wired controller and it works perfectly.

I have spent 20 or 30 hours into the game and I've never noticed this problem. I'll try to see if this "bug" is still there. I usually use RT to accelerate and I can turn the camera at the same time and it's not a problem.

I've tried it and it works great. I was only able to play the game in offline mode, but now, it works great even if I'm online. It's nice because that means I can get more scraps and Steam will finally count the number of hours I've spent on this game. Because for the moment, the count is only of 3h, but I know I've spent around 20 or 30 hours. I really like this game.

Thanks Feral for your awesome port.

Quoting: Anza
Quoting: SkiskiI've just updated to kernel 4.10 (4.10.8-100.fc24.x86_64) and I have way less stuttering. I don't know if it's thanks to the new kernel or the latest patch of the game.
I haven't tried today, but I've been able to play the game without stuttering just by using the offline mode of steam. I don't why this solve the kernel problem or even if it is related. But in offline mode, I was able to max every setting and I'm never under 40 FPS and usually between 50 and 60.

And I'm really enjoying the game so far.
Too bad Steam crashes when I try to enable offline mode. I would have been nice to test if offline mode workaround would work too.
Just try unconnecting from the internet, that's what I did the first time and it worked.

This is more than a simple game about faeries. The main part of the game is probably not for your daughter. Unless she's into fourth wall breaking games and absurd comedy...
