Solo: Gaze Into Madness, A New First Person Horror Will Support Linux
19 Feb 2015 at 7:10 am UTC

Very skeptical about unity3d engine games as DreadOut is simply broken/unplayable on my 770GTX 4gb edition. Though if it releases and I see a decent performance on a playthrough, will get for sure - I love good horror games. :)

First Person Horror Adventure 'Albino Lullaby' Should Come To Linux

Quoting: WorMzyLooks like another case of a developer not knowing that SteamOS is Linux-based to me.. I don't think that bodes well. :/
I am pretty sure that the dev knows it but was just joking. :)

Anyways, this looks like a treat for me. Plus the use of native UE4, will be great!

Aspyr's Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remaster Is Real And It's Out, We Have Keys For You [Key hunt is over]

Woah, dang that I finished the original just some months ago. Though, probably will get it just to support Linux gaming at some point.
This is an absolute MUST-PLAY for every gamer who loves games for their good stories! Just superb storytelling and enjoyable game overall.

...
Just beware of the amount of simon-says minigames - there might be an overload of those but they are nicely integrated so that they keep the tension up just in the right spot.

A gaming masterpiece in my personal opinion.

Dying Light Is Almost Playable On Linux, If You Do Some Tinkering (Updated)
29 Jan 2015 at 11:01 am UTC

Hey,

Haven't gotten the game myself yet, but happened to see "port report" by TotalBiscuit yesterday on this title. Seems like Draw distance is pretty much useless feature which brings the system to its knees without actually providing any visual improvement. (well it does, but is minimal)
If the linux port has the same options, maybe it'd be a good start to tinker around with that as well...

Outlast, That Really Scary Game Looks Like It's Still Heading To Linux

Yay, some new info on this.
Was looking at the steam store page a couple of days ago, wondering if I can get it already... alas I could not. Great news that there is still progress on the Linux build.
Will buy when released... but would definitely like to test the test builds - though I guess that will not happen.

Unfurl Your Scythes, Grim Fandango Is Now Available

Oh boy have I waited for this. I have never checked out any let's plays on Grim Fandango, nor have I played the original. All this because I was always waiting for the perfect time to sit down and just do it. But ever since the announcement I've been keeping a close eye on this to play it through.
Needless to say, got it a couple of days ago and now installing it on my 14.04LTS... as I just finished Metro2033 redux, this is the perfect time to finally check out the game that's been intriguing me for so many years.

A huge thanks for the devs for the linux version!

The Palit GeForce GTX970 Jetstream 4GB Is A Monster

Congratulations on the purchase, seems like an excellent buy!
Now that the 9xx series is out, I feel kind of sad that I got my 770GTX 4GB earlier this year... though performance on that one has not disappointed me yet - besides Unity engine games... but those are crap to run with any specs anyways.

TAKE MY MONEY, NOW!!!

Now, with the jokes aside...
The Nintendo threat is quite real.
What could end up happening is Nintendo threatens to sue the creators and the creators are forced to replace the characters.

But that's all speculation right off my mind. Let us hope this goes through as it is a hell of a project I would be glad to support!
