Quoting: CatKiller(note that we're 4,949 days and counting between the release of Red Dead Redemption on consoles and its release on PC)So you're saying there's no Redemption for Rockstar.

So, just wondering because this isn't actually a game I'm likely to play, but if it only comes out on console, can it be played on PC with emulation? Or are all those emulators just for old consoles?

Quoting: Linux_RocksWell, that's understandable. How do you know you can trust it with your data? Theft, internet disruptions, bankruptcy, changes in corporate policy--well worth yelling at, the Cloud.Quoting: BlackBloodRumQuoting: whizseYou young'uns and your new fancy technology, you don't know what you're missing out on *shakes walking stick*.Quoting: BlackBloodRumYou know what that means? 2024 will be the year of the Linux Desktop! :woot:The heck is a "desktop"?
Sent from my iPhone
Back in my day we didn't have those fancy flashy portable devices you hold in your hand and take everywhere with you. We had these things that sat on a desk that had at least two monitors and a tower unit to power those monitors.
When we were teens, we would spend all day hacking away at code on our desktop computers! No silly games, no fancy phones just pure childhood joy of computer coding, as all children should have!
Honestly, the youth of today. You just don't get it.
/me walks off grumbling about the youth of today while using walking stick.

Quoting: grigiEhh, I'm on Mint. I don't think of dependencies. :grin:Quoting: BlackBloodRumI wonder if KDE is compatible with slotting [External Link], if it is I might install it in another slot and try it. :grin:That's the biggest feature of Gentoo that I'm missing thesedays. Slots are glorious in how they can simplify how you think of dependencies.

Quoting: StoneColdSpiderWell of course it doesn't. Come on, all those ludicrous things you tell us about this supposed place . . . you didn't think we believed them, did you? :tongue:Not exactly a surprise but still great to see for Steam Deck fans for the ongoing support from Valve, as the Steam Deck is now firmly the global top seller on Steam once again. So we are continuing the conspiracy theory that Australia doesnt exist???....... Well, it's visually interesting. Like, the enemies are weird and cool looking, but the environment is something a bit different too--not one of these "endless sterile corridors" kind of things.
