Quoting: GuestThe game is cool. But I wish they would take the time to unify their art style. It's kinda weird that many factions follow a completely different art direction.. . . Wouldn't it be normal for different factions arguably representing different cultures to have different art? But I expect there's good ways and bad ways to do that.
Latest Steam stable update is live as Windows gets 64-bit

So, what do they upgrade to? They can't upgrade to Win 11, it won't run on their hardware. Probably, most Windows newer than whatever they're using will have problems on their hardware, if they know how to pirate it because MS sure isn't selling the old versions. Also, won't get security updates, but presumably they don't care much about that since they obviously haven't had any for years.
But Linux would run on their hardware. And they'd even get security updates and stuff. If they want to keep gaming that's probably their best and even easiest option.

Systems running 32-bit versions of Windows will continue receiving updates to the 32-bit Steam client until January 1, 2026.I don't know how old Windows has to be to be 32-bit. But assume for a moment that there are some people actually gaming on 32-bit Windows, presumably on relatively old computers. After Jan 1, they can't any more. If they want to keep gaming, they have to upgrade to something.

I always thought what a web browser was for, was to go to the place on the web I told it to go to, and show me what's there. I don't see how AI helps with that. And even if I can opt out, and even if the AI doesn't do anything too pernicious, if the people making my browser are doing this all-in, bet the farm, put all their effort into the AI . . . then presumably they don't have a whole lot of effort left over to make the browser not suck.

As to timing, obviously it will be out in March. Otherwise they'd be calling it "April of Giants" or something.
