Quoting: Xaero_VincentOne big advantage I see with Stadia is that it has Red Dead Redemption 2, while GeForce Now doesn't and will probably never work in Wine due to how it uses both DirectX and Vulkan simultaneously.hell! is that even possible?

it was an obvious scan, and some people still believed it could be true, we should focus our money in projects that alredy proved they can deliver something instead of this bullshit, why fund an obvious scan like this when we could have funded projects like gimp, godot and blender?

Quoting: GuestAfter stuff like the Coleco Chameleon and Atari Gameband i'm suprised people still fall for these dubious nostalgia-bait crowdfunding projects. I don't get why people even wanted this thing in the first place, when you take away the fancy controller and case it's nothing more than an decently-specced Linux box with a bunch of pre-installed Atari-branded crap.nostalgic fans are blind, and after the oton console, we can be sure that linux fans are blind too:

Quoting: Shmerlgoogle having their own games will only means that people may buy thier exclusives, and exclusive features wont sell the platform aloneQuoting: Purple Library GuyThis is all no doubt true but I'm not sure how much it matters to the average prospective customer.I'm talking about Google. For customer it means there will be games on Stadia that aren't possible to run on Geforce Now. That alone is already a differentiator that will bring them users.
My point is, they aren't really competing 1:1, so I don't buy the argument that Google are doing something wrong in comparison with other stream services or they are behind them. They are actually ahead and they are doing something different.
