The program that tells you it’s 931.5 GB is wrong, it’s 931.5 GiB.
931.5*1024*1024*1024 = 1000190509056

Which is way short of a TB ;)

1024 gigabyte is a TB or if you want it in bytes 1099511627776

Also highly doubt a program that does the partitioning is going to get it wrong...
