I have tested this on my system:
This are the results for me with nvidia 760 card and driver 378.13
Hollow Point: 67,66FPS openGL - 118,41FPS vulkan + 75,01%
Stronghold : 30,91FPS openGL - 73,49FPS vulkan +137,75%
Hope, Glory : 70,43FPS openGL - 103,44FPS vulkan + 46,87%
Landmover : 89,35FPS openGL - 126,95FPS vulkan + 42,08%

So far the game seems stable for me.

I like what paradox is doing with this game, there is payed content with the DLCs, but there is also plenty of free content like the new provinces in Africa and the new naval combat system . The game gets more dept with every patch they bring to this game :).
I will buy this DLC in the games republic store ofc :)

Tested this game on my laptop (nvidia 850m) the performance is very good, great port!

I really love the grand stategy games from paradox, Europa Universalis is my favorite game from this dev but this game looks like it will be alot harder. I'll keep my eye on this game :)

Its Intel Core i5-4670K CPU, with 8 gb of RAM, a hybrid ssd, and my trusty GTX760.

EDIT - thanks to you both, I shall follow the instructions. It's quite neat to include the ppa. I have to say that each time I load the game it says that my driver is not compatible, but so far, apart from the low fps, which tbh is bearable at 25-30, the game runs really smoothly. Super stable.
I have same setup i5-4670 cpu 8gb ram and gtx760 but I have the 352.30 driver.
My fps is 55 average on very high with this setup.
