Valve announce over half a million Steam Controllers have been sold

Crazy, never thought steam controllers will be on sale. They usually went with a game bundled for low, but 30% off is really nice (for those who don't one yet).

Good job. I didnt experience noticeable frame drops except for narrow passages which should have marked level transactions. But when it dropped it was like 0.5s freeze, maybe shader compilation. Glad to see good service after-release.

BTW: Aren't Feral's guys busy with F1 ATM?

19 May 2016 at 10:07 am UTC

Very good news for Linux gaming! But there is no confirmation that Vulkan will be present next week on both systems, maybe its just Windows (as Source 2 was ahead also) or Linux only (far less likely).

Quoting: liamdaweno Mac of course as Apple decided to go with their own Metal API.
And Microsoft is very happy about Vulkan, so they officially support it?
