I would go by the date listed on Prime Gaming directly. I think what they meant by that is simply that Prime Day starts July 8th, and these were added for extra in the lead up to it.

@Nocifer, there's no change to how that's handled. It's the same as before, with it only affecting titles that have not gone through deck/steamos verification. Because naturally Valve want to keep that unless you manually force it individually.
