You and I obviously have different views on what a hard-lock is. If it locks my entire session, forcing me to another, and then having to reboot as it just screwed up everything, I think it falls within it personally.

@khalismur yes, that's a very valid point I've actually made before myself in our IRC. I meant what I said more in regards to Valve titles, which don't really use many advanced features. Seeing graphically heavy games on Windows and Linux with Linux using Vulkan will be very interesting. It will be great to see Vulkan on lower-end Intel too to see how well it works.

I agree, this is going to bite Valve come launch.

Maybe Valve has a bunch of AAA games up their sleeve to coincide with the official launch of SteamOS/Steam Machines.

I hope they have a few surprises, but lots of people in our IRC seem to think they have nothing. I am starting to agree since they haven't even fixed the fucking filtering options. I would love to eat my words though.

Yeah, i forget they are both a form of streaming. I did mean the broadcasting which is still absent.
